Apples - Fuji, Braeburn, Gala (1 ea)

Fuji apples were first developed in Japan and are a cross between Red Delicious and Virginia Ralls Benet apples. They are wonderfully crunchy and juicy.

Braeburn apples were discovered in New Zealand in the 1950s. They have a bit of a cinnamon and nutmeg kick and are great for pies and tarts!

Gala apples are one of the most widely available apples in the country. They are a cross between Kidd's Orange Red and Golden Delicious and keep well.
